What does Warmline do?
Warmline helps families of special needs individuals ages 0 - 22 and beyond. We provide information and resources families can benefit from. Besides, we host workshops to help families get familiar with special education and advocacy for their disabled close ones. We organize events to connect families with the community, as together we can do more.

Do you provide any services yourself?
We do not provide services like occupational, speech, physical therapy or others. What we do is providing information about where families can find services they need, as well as how can they advocate of their unmet needs.

What kind of services are available to my child?
We provide information about numerous services like: Alta California Regional Center, special education, California Children Services (CCS), In Home Support Services (IHSS), food and financial assistance and more. If I were to donate funds, how is my money used?
We have a responsibility to our community and our donors and work hard to ensure long-term sustainability of the organization. We make our IRS Form 990 available for review, as required by law. Visit our Financials page to learn more.

What is your organization's privacy policy?
Our organization takes our privacy policy seriously and takes steps to protect and ensure the safety of our supporters. We do not sell or otherwise disclose information about our volunteers or supporters outside of our immediate organization. This policy has no exceptions.
