LICA (Local Interagency Coordination Area)
The mission of the LICA hosted by WarmLine FRC is to create a space for families, community partners, regional center staff and service providers to promote and enhance a coordinated family service system for infants and toddlers, ages 0-3, who have or are at risk of having a disability by encouraging a family centered approach, family-professional partnerships, and interagency collaboration in Sacramento, Yolo, Alpine, Nevada, Placer, and El Dorado counties.

LICA Meetings
Meetings are held every other month on the 2nd Thursday from 1:00 p.m - 2:00 p.m.
